Free Bilingual Prenatal Virtual Education Program Now Available

Los Alamos Medical Center (LAMC) and Los Alamos Women’s Health are excited to launch Birthly — a free, bilingual prenatal education program offering complimentary, unlimited access to live virtual classes for expectant parents receiving care at LAMC, and for mothers and families in our greater community.
This program extends LAMC’s support for patients and families beyond the hospital walls, providing them with the knowledge and confidence they need to navigate every stage of their pregnancy and postpartum journey.
Birthly gives families trusted, expert‑led education — from childbirth prep to breastfeeding, newborn care, infant safety, mental health, and more — all from home.
Classes currently offered include Early Pregnancy Preparations, Prenatal Education Bootcamp (English and Spanish), Coping and Comfort, Breastfeeding 101 (English and Spanish), Newborn Care (English and Spanish), Infant Safety Basics, Perinatal Mental Health, and Pre/Postnatal Movement and Mindfulness. There are also several community sessions available each month on a variety of topics.
